How to solve "External contacts unable to join Teams calls"

Hello Please i need your help on this issue. One of my customer is experiencing an issue where External meeting invitees are unable to join Teams calls using the link provided in the meeting invite...




Step by step how to resolve the problem:


**Check Teams Settings in Microsoft 365 Admin Center:**


1- Go to the **Microsoft 365 Admin Center**.

2- Navigate to **Teams Admin Center** > **Users** > **Meeting Policies**.

Ensure that:

- "Allow participants to join meetings without logging in" is enabled.


External users are allowed to join meetings under the policy settings.

  You can use Conditional Access to block users based on location, IP address, and more, but now we will talk about blocking access for users who are using personal devices 1.
