Step by step how to resolve the problem:


**Check Teams Settings in Microsoft 365 Admin Center:**


1- Go to the **Microsoft 365 Admin Center**.

2- Navigate to **Teams Admin Center** > **Users** > **Meeting Policies**.

Ensure that:

- "Allow participants to join meetings without logging in" is enabled.


External users are allowed to join meetings under the policy settings.
