How to Block Any Domain from Sending and Receiving Emails

In my example, I will choose Gmail to block sending and receiving emails. How to configure? Follow my steps to configure

To block emails sent to Gmail:

1- Open the Exchange Admin Center.

2- Go to Mail Flow > Rules.

3- Click the plus sign (+) and select Create a new rule.

4- Give the rule a name.

5- In Apply this rule if, select The sender is a member of... and choose the group you want to block.

6- In Do the following, select Reject the message with the explanation... and enter a custom message explaining why the message was rejected.

Be sure that the rule is enabled.

To block emails received from Gmail, follow the same steps with a few changes.

Now you have configured the blocking of sending and receiving emails to and from Gmail. This was just an example, but you can configure any domain.
